1. Shipping & Delivery

  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the items.

  • Delivery is only available on business days, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Cut-off time is 8:00 AM.

2. Return & Exchange

  • Items for exchange/return must be in perfect condition, without any damage or breakage, and must not have been used or the packaging opened.
  • Promotional items, products with discounts, items ordered incorrectly in terms of model or scent, and products purchased from sources other than our company as the distributor are not eligible for exchange/return under any circumstances. We reserve the right to deny exchanges/returns for such items.

  • The company will conduct an investigation and respond to you within 3-5 business days. In the meantime, you are required to send the problematic products back to the company and ship them to the company’s address.
